What should I bring (aside from the dog)?
To process the dog’s entry you must bring:
- The animal’s health card to verify that it is up to date with vaccinations and deworming (internal and external)
- The normal food of the animal
- Medications or supplements (if the dog needs it)
We also recommend bringing (although it is not essential):
- Any piece of clothing belonging to a family member
- The dog’s bed or blanket so that at bedtime he can feel the smell of his house, make them simple in case they break them.
It is very important that you inform us if your dog needs any type of special veterinary care or take any medication.
You can also tell us about your dog’s personality and habits in detail. This way your adaptation will be faster and better.
Should we bring their food?
Yes. It is preferable that the dog does not change its diet during its stay at the residence, which is why we recommend bringing its usual food.
If the dog comes without food, we give them Gosbi food (separate price).
What should I NOT bring?
- The dog’s feeder. Ours are all stainless steel for daily disinfection
- The dog’s water bowl. All our facilities have automatic drinking fountains with fresh water.
Do you accept all dogs?
Yes. We do not discriminate based on race, character or status. We accept more or less sociable dogs, with fears, (misnamed) PPP, without spayed or neutered, etc.
If necessary, we carry out a prior adaptation.
We also accept seniors and dogs with special needs. We are prepared and willing to help both the animal and the family.

How do I make the reservation?
After registering the dog in our online management system, you must make a confirmation transfer for 25% of the total amount to:

Indicating the name of the dog owner, name of the dog and the dates of stay.
Once the transfer has been made, please send an email to info@residenciacaninadosrosas.com or a WhatsApp message to +34628084872 with the receipt so we can confirm the reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
We understand that there are times when plans change, so you can cancel your reservation:
- Less than 7 days before check-in: Deposit is not returned.
- Between 7 and 14 days before check-in: We return 50% of the deposit.
- More than 14 days before check-in: We return 100% of the deposit.
When can I go visit the residence?
At any time during customer service hours.
What time can I drop off and pick up our dog?
During our customer service hours.
If it is the first time that your dog comes to the Residence, we suggest that you bring it before noon. This will allow your dog to get used to the new environment before bedtime and will allow us to observe his reactions to the environment.
If you have been here before, you will be happy to return.
How are the dogs in the parks during the day?
They leave the booths or rooms to the parks in the morning (between 8:30 and 9:00) and do not return to the booths or rooms until dinner time.
The rest of the time they spend playing in our parks (when they are not in the forest) in the company of 2 or 3 other dogs depending on character compatibility.
When introducing them we always have an educator for each dog, to be able to control the situation without incident.
Do dogs miss their owners?
The dogs are a little disoriented at first, but as we quickly put them with other companions to play, they feel happy, play and eat normally.
Do you have a veterinarian?
In case of need, we always prefer to call the dog’s regular veterinarian, as he knows his history best.
We have a pharmacy of common products, which we always administer to the dog with the recommendation of your veterinarian.
In case of emergency, we have a 24-hour veterinarian who travels to the residence quickly.
Are dogs resentful when you return home after being left at the boarding home?
Normally, the first two days back home, they are very quiet, “Dosrosas syndrome”, but that is not resentment, the dog is all nobility, it is about the tiredness of their vacations and sometimes boredom, when going from being with other dogs playing all day or being at home “alone”.
